It's hard to find books this age this structurally sound. The spine is very tight with only light stress. Some color loss at the top of the spine. Light fold lines at the bottom right corner. The interior is excellent. Everything is tight to the staples. No tears or marks. It's Fine+/VF-. A nice high grade. Very collectible. Guide is around 120 dollars. My opening bid is much less.
