For sale is the 2nd issue of what became Marvel's flagship title, The Fantastic Four. It is the 2nd appearance of the FF and the first appearance of the Skrulls. It also contains the first of many pin-ups that they included in their mags. This one is of Ben Grimm The Thing. I'm not a professional grader so I am being conservative and calling the book fair, but it might be F/GD-. As you can see it is a well worn copy but it is intact and complete at 36 pages including the covers. There are cover creases, small spine tears and edge flaking, but there are no large pieces of the cover missing. There is also some light pencil "artwork" that someone has added to the cover along the way. See pictures for these condition issues. The interior pages are definitely off-white but are still supple.
