This is the much sought after Sept. 1961 issue in which the origins of both Golden and Silver Age Flashes appear together, and the first mention of Earth II is made.
This Comic should grade at CGC Near Mint 7.5 or better.
All original 32 pages and the cover are intact with no tears, no signs of corner wear and no moisture damage. The spine is flat and the staples clean and tight.
Cover colors are rich and vibrant and show no loss of gloss and reflectivity. Interior page colors are rich and sharp; the paper is supple and off-white to cream in color. See the scans.

The item has been stored in an odor free, climate controlled area in a comic book sized storage box since acquired in 1961. A Mylar protector with a card stock backing was added in 1980. For shipping it will be bubble wrapped, enclosed in a stiff protective cardboard sleeve and mailed in a padded envelop or mailer box.
