RETURN POLICY:  We offer a 14 day return policy under certain circumstances and at the Seller’s sole discretion. The original shipping charges are not refundable and there is a 20% restocking fee.  The item(s) will need to be returned in the original condition they were shipped out in.

COMBINED SHIPPING: Domestically, I do combine shipping on almost all of my items with the exception being very large or expensive packages.  There is minimum handling charge of $0.50 for each additional small part/accessory and $1 for each additional small action figure (like 3 ¾ GI Joe or Star Wars figures).  For larger items the final shipping price depends upon the size and weight.  In order for me to combine shipping you do need to wait for me to send you a combined invoice before paying.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – PLEASE NOTE: I now ship exclusively through the eBay Global Shipping program.  They will send you the final invoice which will include all shipping and import fees.  I cannot alter an invoice, change shipping methods, remove the import fees or provide any additional shipping discounts so please do not ask me to do so.

SHIPPING POLICIES:  I use Paypal Click 'n Ship so the delivery confirmation number is automatically emailed to you as well as stored on eBay when I print up the shipping label. So please check your account instead of emailing me for the shipping info.  As per eBay and Paypal rules I am required to ship to the address on the Paypal payment.  There are no exceptions to this rule so please do not ask.  On average I ship four times a week so most packages are shipped out within 2 business days of payment being received. Please keep in mind I have no control over the Post Office so the final delivery time depends upon them.  Domestic combined shipping is available for multiple purchases.  There is a minimum $1 handling fee for each additional item. The final total depends upon the size of the actual items purchased so email for a full quote before buying. In order to receive the shipping discount you need to wait for me to send you a combined invoice since eBay's system does not do this automatically.  If you pay without waiting for a combined shipping invoice there will be no discount so please wait. All international packages are shipped via the eBay Global Shipping program as stated above.

GRADING POLICY:  Please keep in mind that grading is a matter of opinion and not an exact science. As you can see from my feedback the vast majority of buyers are happy with my grading. However if you are unfamiliar with how I grade (or just picky) you should always ask questions before bidding. I do not accept returns just because you feel the item is in C8 condition and I graded it as C8.5.  I strive to be as accurate as possible but I have found you can't please everyone and some people are just plain unreasonable.

COMPLETENESS POLICY:  I use the generally accepted definition by the collecting community that an item is considered complete if it has all of the accessories/weapons it shipped with and that belong to the figure exclusively.  This means all paper work, packaging and stickers are considered something separate since they are neither a weapon or accessory.  Also, if multiple figures/items were packaged together, I only consider the parts that go to the specific item when judging completeness.  For example any GI Joe vehicle and figure are considered two different items even though they were packaged together.  Also, if an item came with a BAF (Build A Figure) part it also would not be considered part of that figure since it is used to build a separate figure.  All of the major websites and identification books break down the toys this way and so do I.

COMMUNICATION:  If there is a problem with your order always email me first before leaving feedback or opening a dispute.  It is never my intent to "rip" anyone off.  But if you don't make me aware of the problem I can't fix it.  Also keep in mind that I am an individual and not a large business with multiple employees.  I try to answer emails as quickly as possible but sometimes I'm just not around.  So I will get back to you as soon as possible and I appreciate your patience.  Remember, collecting should be fun.
