SUPER BRIGHT COLORED AND VERY WELL PRESERVED HIGHER GRADE EXAMPLE OF FANTASTIC FOUR #52 (1ST APPEARANCE THE BLACK PANTHER) MEGA KEY SILVER AGE MARVEL ISSUE THAT WILL ONLY APPRECIATE IN VALUE.
Kept it in dry storage inside plastic case.
This is an ORIGINAL, and NOT a reprint obviously. Published in 1966 by Marvel Comics
It has been CGC graded 6.5 FINE- clearly undergraded as it should easily have been an 7.5 OR BETTER!
Super bright colors, corners are very sharp (some minor fuzziness as shown), and very straight edges and very little chipping on top edge. NO large folds or heavy creasing anywhere on cover, it shows BEAUTIFULLY.  Back cover is bright with NO chipping, NO marks and hardly any wear. NO spine rollover (staples still firmly attached) with virtually NO wear. Inside has OFF WHITE pages, all nice and very legible. Lays perfectly flat. SUPER CLEAN and BEAUTIFULLY KEPT!
I've seen similar examples sell in the $1000-1500 range in the past so i'm pricing this one very fairly for a book that you would think looks beautifully presentable and in one piece with good colors!
These make a great holiday gift to a fan or loved one. Priced very fairly for a rare piece, key piece of SILVER age history only to appreciate in value as Marvel and DC Studios keeps pushing out movies.
