This listing is for a group of 46 Silver age comics featuring Iron Man, and Captain America. In this lot are the following:

Invincible Iron Man #1-2, 5, 66-68, 71-72, 81-88, 91

Captain America #100

Tales of Suspense #46-47, 70, 74, 76-78, 80-99

Iron Man and Submariner #1

Of course the key book in this lot is the Premier issue of Iron Man #1

I average these books in my individual estimate as 6.0 grade, with some creeping into the 7-8 range, some down to 5.5 ish, and only one or two being under 5. Unslabbed grading can be very individual. I worked with an outside dealer on getting clear estimates on these, but my estimates are in no way an official grading. Overall the books show minimal wear, they were stored clean and flat, they have no odor or mildew, books are complete with no missing pages, and no cutouts.

I would estimate the Ironman #1 to be a 6+ possibly a 7.

Captain America 100 I would estimate to be a 6.5+ possibly as high as a 7.5 or so.

I am selling this comic lot as is, as found from a Maine estate. They are all unrestored and unaltered from how they were found. I cannot possibly photograph all the books in this collection but please message me if you have specific requests and I will do my best to provide images.

Due to the antique and fragile nature of my items I do not accept returns. Also sadly, I’ve had prior buyers buy a high grade book and demand a return, only to send back a read copy. For this reason all sales are final. My grading is a nonprofessional estimate that I do to the best of my ability from years of prior collecting and with outside assistance.
