PLEASE NOTE: We are not professional graders or dealers nor are we fluent in Italian, Spanish, or German -- but we have done our very best to detail any possible defects and try to list the comics as accurately as possible. We have used guidelines from most recent US Overstreet Comic Book Grading Guide as a framework to base our grading process for these foreign language comics. My US and other English language comics are separately graded by a 30+-year professional comic book dealer who has been kind enough to manage that portion of my store inventory.

A BIT ABOUT THESE COMIC BOOKS:

I am an avid reader and collector of vintage Silver and Bronze Age American and foreign comic books as well as other related media, and have decided to list on eBay over 700 separate Spanish, Italian, French, German and other foreign language books from my personal collection with the hope of creating a US and overseas market for these very exciting vintage comic books, digests, comics magazines, trade paperbacks, pop-up books, children's books and bande dessinees.

With all of my listings, I want my buyers to be happy, so I try to reflect the actual condition of each comic or magazine prior to shipping. Occasionally, we make a boo boo and upgrade or downgrade a book by mistake. We welcome emails in advance of purchases asking to clarify any defects or pointing out any condition discrepancies! Please note that each listing has multiple pictures of the front and back cover of each issue, so please look carefully at all pics and descriptions. 

Feel free to email with any questions about a specific item prior to purchasing. I speak French well enough to communicate with you about most issues, and my understanding of Spanish is good enough that I can most likely also write you back without much of a delay. Any emails in Italian or German will be answered as soon as I am able to translate your question and formulate my response.

SHIPPING: All standard-size comics and magazines are bagged and boarded and mailed in manila envelopes with rigid cardboard inserts. Smaller digests or mini-digests will be bagged and reinforced with cardboard inside their packages, but may not be "boarded," due to tiny size and to ensure easier shipping. Oversized and French language bande dessinees will be shipped in either treasury or Life Magazine bags, most likely with (but possibly not including) a board, depending on the specific item that you purchase. All packages will be reinforced with rigid cardboard in addition to any bags and boards.

USA Buyers get their choice of First Class or Priority Mail shipping. 1 comic/magazine is $2.99 via First Class mail, adding $1.00 for every additional comic; or $6.99 Priority Mail (flat rate up to 5 comics or 6 digests as long as they fit) with Free Insurance and Delivery Confirmation for US purchases! French language bande dessinees and other treasury-sized or oversized books will be shipped by Media Mail, or by Priority Mail based on the actual weight of the package, since these items will not fit in a flat rate envelope.

If you combine purchases and want to choose Priority Mail for either domestic or international shipping, please coordinate with me in advance of paying, so I can determine whether your order can ship flat rate or whether it needs to be in a larger package by weight or a larger flat rate box.

International Buyers get their choice of First Class International (up to 4 pounds weight) or Priority Mail International (most likely in a flat rate envelope, see above disclaimer regarding size of certain books).

For larger orders, I will give significant custom shiping discounts. I promise you will be VERY happy with any larger orders that you place with me! Large orders can also be picked up from me in person in Brooklyn, NY.
