SHIPPING AND HANDLING

For this item, the buyer will pay a flat rate for shipping and handling to anywhere in the U.S. This amount will be specified within the auction. Shipping charges to countries other than the United States are explained in the 'INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS' section below. Please note that some auctions will be restricted to US bidders only.

The shipping & handling flat rate specified below is for the first item only. Shipping & handling consists of the packaging materials,media, handling, order processing and postage for the item(s).Shipping & Handling and postage are NOT the same thing. Postage is the fee charged by the US Postal Service to deliver a package, usually in the form of a stamp. The postage to mail your item is included in the Shipping & Handling charge. All items will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment, but most will ship within 24 hours.

Additional items purchased can be shipped to the same physical address in the same package can be combinded for one shipping & handling charge. The exact amount will be determined based upon the weight and size of all the items combined.

There are NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, and NO EXCHANGES for ANY REASON. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THE ITEM(S) LISTED IN THIS AUCTION ARE SOLD 'AS IS'.

The only exception to that rule is if you paid for insurance on the item and it was damaged or lost during transit. My policy regarding that is as follows:

I do not refund payment for any item until I am reimbursed by the USPS. The USPS requires a 30-day waiting period before they will begin an investigation. After thirty days they willput a tracer on the item and try to find the package. If they fail to find it, they will refund the insured amount only. The post office requires a signed letter from the addressee stating that they never received the item or that is arrived damaged. Once I receive the letter from you I will submit all paperwork for a refund with the USPS. I do not refund the cost of shipping &handling, or the cost of insurance just the insured dollar amount (the amount of your winning bid), as refunded to me by the postal service.

All items shipped to a country other than the United States will have to be addressed on a case by case basis.

NON PAYMENT:Payments not received within the required 4 days since the end of the auction will have a claim filed with eBay regarding your failure to complete the contract. This can affect your status on eBay, so I highly recommend paying for your item on time.
