The comic shown is the Detective #33.  Cover work by Bob Kane & Jerry Robinson on this Origin issue.  One of the 3 most sought after DC comics(only #1 and #27 rank higher).  
I am the second owner of this comic bought from the original owner in the late 1990's.  I made the purchase mainly because the comic was untouched since it's original purchase back in the 1930's.  
Some points of interest:  The cover is intact with only the lower staple fully attached.  There is no writing on the comic anywhere.  The wrinkle on the cover does go through to the next few pages but, there are no creases or heavy damage. Most of the pages that follow the cover only have a slight curve(easily fixed if desired).  
The pages are clean and tight from the splash page to the back cover.  The back cover has some tint on the back it looks to be either from coming in contact with other comics or from the paper used in the comic.  
CGC conservatively graded is a 1.5.  I am unsure of the current value, just trying to get a fair price rather than ship it off to an auction house and both buyer & seller hit hit with ridiculous fee's.
