Detective Comics #31 CGC 4.0 All-time Classic Cover 3rd Batman Cover OW/WHITE Considered by many as maybe the best Batman cover of all-time, this classic cover by Bob Kane features a larger than life image of Batman in the night rising behind a castle on a lonely hill. This unforgettable image is just one of the reasons this issue is so high on just about every Dark Night and golden age collector's list. Another reason is the fact that this is only Batman's 3rd cover appearance and this issue is the first the the Batp[lane appears. A strong majority of the known copies are restored so having a solid unrestored copy at auction with off-white to white pages is a rare treat.
