Detective 31 has always been a grail for GA collectors and, as you can see, this copy looks magnificent with great registration, tight spine and excellent page quality. Currently, VF 8.0 is the highest graded unrestored copy in the CGC Census, with an unrestored F- 5.5 copy selling last year for $17,328. No surprise given the incredible demand and passion for the lengendary 'Tec 31. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS COMIC IS RESTORED AND THE DETAILS OF THE RESTORATION AS DESCRIBED IN THE LISTING. It was a late night typo "unrestored" in the second paragraph before "slight-to-moderate restoration" . Sorry for any confusion, I was unable to change it due to early bid.
