You are bidding on a single 1 in 100 copy of the Civil War II #1 Steve McNiven Variant.  It's in great shape and estimated to be in NM- condition.  There is some faint fraying at the corners of the spine (ALL PICTURED) but otherwise it looks great.  This book is NOT CGC graded but this is our best estimate as to the condition.

Shipped straight from Famous Faces and Funnies, Melbourne, FL's favorite and most trusted comic and collectible shop.  We ship our comics via USPS Priority Mail in a Priority Flat Rate envelope and pack the comics between a few layers of cardboard in order to protect them during shipping.  We ship our toys through UPS in boxes with plenty of packing paper to prevent any damage during shipping.
