1. Pay your bill if you win the item. I have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to deadbeats who don't pay their bills. If you win the auction and fail to pay within the specified period of 5 days, you forfeit your right to purchase the item. And I reserve the right to relist the item (or: entertain second change offers) in the event of such forfeiture scenarios. Please note that I will always report non-paying buyer cases to eBay. No exceptions! 
2. Follow my return policy. Given the delicate nature of comics, I ask that buyers notify of their intentions to return the item within 24 hours of the date/time of receipt. Communication is key! In addition, my acceptance of any return assumes  (a) the buyer return ships with tracking (and insurance, if book's value exceeds insurance coverage of shipping option) and (b) the buyer takes reasonable precautions to ensure the book (upon return delivery) is in the exact same condition as when it was originally sent. Finally, in cases where a buyer has purchased a "lot" of comics rather than a single book, note that my acceptance of a return is contingent on the return of the lot in its entirety--no partial returns, no partial refunds. It's all or nothing. This is a safeguard for both parties to the transaction. 
3. Follow my international shipping policy. For those requiring shipment to Canada, please note that I will NOT lie about the value of items on customs forms in order to reduce your tax liabilities, nor will I ship using a less expensive shipping option  (vs. Priority International) if that alternative does not allow for delivery confirmation/tracking. I've had awesome (repeat) buyers from Canada. But I've also encountered a couple of scam attempts originating in Canada. And so, I want to make it explicit: if you aren't ready to pay the customs fees, or you don't want to pay $20+ for shipping the book, please do not place a bid on the item! 

I reserve the right to forbid you from participating in future auctions should you violate any of the above (very reasonable) conditions.
