Story begun in #114 and concluded in #119. The Falcon, who appeared in costume only in the last panel of #118, defeats the Exiles and starts a revolution on Exile Island. But the Red Skull, in Cap's body, has been watching with the Cosmic Cube, and prepares to kill Cap and the Falcon. Meanwhile, AIM and Modok get ready to recover the Cube for themselves.
