A rare, historic key gem for your collection, this CGC Certified Universal Grade issue of Tales of Suspense #39 (March 1963) is in 3.5 condition, with off-white to white pages. A beautiful copy of this essential comic book, featuring origin & first appearance of Iron Man (Tony Stark). This vintage 12 cent issue was written by Stan Lee & Larry Lieber, with Don Heck, Steve Ditko & Gene Colan artwork and cover by Jack Kirby & Don Heck. Published by Marvel Comics.
