This is the sixth comic of the D series and is titled "Mickey Mouse and the Medicine Man" by Walt Disney". This 32 page comic has an advertisement on the back offering a chance to purchase the previous 3 sets of comics which were available in the Wheaties box.

I truly believe this comic was never opened until I did so to take pictures. Take a step back in time and enjoy your self with this little book of fun and history.
