This listing is for Captain Marvel #57, published by Marvel in 1978. According to the CGC census, there are only 35 copies graded 9.8 and none higher.
This one is rated 9.8 (Near Mint/Mint) by CGC and has "Off-White to White Pages".
I've priced it to sell (far below the couple of other 9.8s I see on the market now, and another just sold on ebay last week for $180).
I'm happy to provide any additional info or pics if needed, just message me.

ShippingI know there is nothing more frustrating than receiving a poorly packaged book that arrives damaged. Anything you purchase from me will be packaged very securely! I ship promptly via USPS Priority with tracking information provided. I will gladly combine shipping for multiple purchases.
I am happy to ship internationally through ebay's Global Shipping Program - though it's a little pricier than standard shipping, it does come with international tracking.
CGC/CBCS/PGX CasesI make every effort to note noticeable damage to the slabs, but minor imperfections like small scuffs are extremely common straight from CGC/CBCS/PGX. Newton Rings are also extremely common in newly slabbed CGC books (CGC tried to better protect the books by sandwiching them tighter in the cases, but as a result, a very large portion of newly slabbed books have some degree of rings). If these are important to you, please reach out to me and I'll be happy to provide more detail on the case.
For those unfamiliar with Newton Rings: "This is an occasional effect produced by the inner and outer cases being in direct contact with one another. The visual effect is similar to oil on a water puddle because of the two plastics. Ultimately it is not anything that is in direct contact with your comic, nor will it affect the comic's condition over time." - Gemma Adel, CGC
