This listing is for Captain Marvel #57, published by Marvel in 1978. According to the CGC census, there are only 35 copies graded 9.8 and none higher.
This one is rated 9.8 (Near Mint/Mint) by CGC and has "Off-White to White Pages".   
I've priced it to sell (far below the couple of other 9.8s I see on the market now, and another just sold on ebay last week for $180).

CGC/CBCS/PGX CasesI make every effort to note noticeable damage to the slabs, but minor imperfections like small scuffs are extremely common straight from CGC/CBCS/PGX. Newton Rings are also extremely common in newly slabbed CGC books (CGC tried to better protect the books by sandwiching them tighter in the cases, but as a result, a very large portion of newly slabbed books have some degree of rings). For those unfamiliar with Newton Rings: "This is an occasional effect produced by the inner and outer cases being in direct contact with one another. The visual effect is similar to oil on a water puddle because of the two plastics.
