This lot of 35 comics is from a local estate sale.  Comics years vary from the 60's to mid 90's.

The comics are cosmetically in overall in very good to excellent condition, with minimal to light signs of wear that varies from comic to comic such as (see-photos):

• some have gripped holes on the bottom of the pages
• some pages and covers are slightly yellowing
• some covers have scuffs/scratches
• worn edges on some comics
• there a tears and folds on some pages and spine
• 1x detective Batman comic has pen scribble marks on the cover
• comic 599 cover is signed (not sure who it is)
• there are no readily visible dog ears
• overall comics are readable and intact
