This book has some issues due to improper storing, however, it's still an ultra rare book, but it is a conservative opening bid.
There is some minor wear around the staples, the biggest issue being 2 side by side mild storage creases through the book. The cover is white and clean. NOTE, the crease does not break ink anywhere in the book. I did my best to photo the imperfections but they are very subtle. I do not press books but I imagine this is an option as the imperfections are so subtle.
Please review the photos carefully for spine and corner details.
