You are purchasing a first printing unread copy of the BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS 30th Anniversary Edition tradepaperback that was signed on the cover by writer/artist Frank Miller in silver Sharpie ink on Saturday February 20, 2016 at a special book signing to commemorate the release held at Barnes and Noble at the Grove in Los Angeles. Frank not only did a signing for the book but also gave a discussion about it hosted by Stan Lee and also in attendance was Jim Lee as well. Frank generally charges around one hundred dollars for his signature when appearing at conventions however at the signing event for the book he wasn't charging so I have listed this copy for below what he regularly charges. It will come bagged and boarded and I have provided three photos of the actual copy and a photo that was from the event. This copy is in near-mint/mint condition and I have a few other copies that I had sign that I may offer up soon as well.This will be packaged securely in a cardboard comic book mailer with Fragile sticker placed on the outside.
