Used but in great condition. When I furst purchased it I did use it a couple times and as a result there are some scratches and scuffs to the undercarriage of the car. Please also note that this set did not come with bateries or a charger and these must be purchased seperatly. I also have the original box, inside packaging and instruction manual which are also included however the box has a lot of wear to it! Back in the late 80's to mid 90's I worked for Talkin' Illustrations in New Westminster, British Columbia; one of Canada's largest comic book retailers. I was in my teenage years and still living with my parents so my monetary needs we're pretty slim. As a result I spent most of what I earned at the store on comic books. I sold off most of the collection to help pay for my first few years of University however I did hold onto the stuff that I really liked. This consisted mainly of original EC comics from the 40's & 50's, the original TMNT series, Groo, various underground comics both from the hippie days and the early Fantagraphics years. As well there were some assorted super hero comic books and industry promotional materials. All of it was bagged up in archival grade bags and has been sitting in storage for almost 20 years now!
