It also predates Batman Adventures 12 which is considered Harley Quinn's first appearance but this book is a whole story with the character so it's not a cameo. So who knows things may change on which is the true first appearance. The Batman Adventures Coloring Book is Hard to find also and is a super early appearance. The Batman Harley Quinn First Print is Her first appearance in DC continuity. Harley Quinn is here to stay and she is an extremely popular character in the Batman universe.
