****As of 2/9/12 the CGC census shows there are only 4 books in this grade catagory to exist. Because of the polybag many of these books had an indention running down the backpage that kept them from being a 9.8. This is the only one on EBAY.**** I will not remove the CGC encapsulation from the soft protective sleeve in which they ship their books. I will ship it in terms of protection just like they do in a box with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. So it will pretty much be as if CGC shipped it to you instead of me. I am a serious collector of comic books, specifically CGC graded ones and therefore I understand the importance of preserving them even though they are encapsulated. The books are in hand and ready to ship. With respect to the photos you will see, the books are in and will remain in their protective sleeve. Any blurs or anomalies in the photos are reflections from the protective sleeve bags. I will leave it up to the winning bidder if they want to take it out or not.
