Thank you for looking at my listing. I am selling off a majority of my comic book collection to help finance an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 12+ years. I'm using my mom's eBay account so that my girlfriend can't see them, ruining the surprise. We are vacationing the first week of December and I decided to finally pop the question while we're there. I've been an avid comic book collector since I was about 7 years old, and decided to do the noble thing and sell them, representing a small token of what is truly important in life. Avengers #57 CGC 3.0, 1st Appearance of the Vision!This comic's value has been skyrocketing the past year or so due to the inclusion of Vision in Avengers: Age of Ultron!
This book is so tough to pull in a high grade due to the dark black cover, which shows every imperfection. This is a great way to get a (still) affordable Key issue before its unattainable!
I am NOT a professional grader, just a collector. That said, I think the photos speak for themselves.When you see a 1st Appearance comic thats graded by CGC, you KNOW you are buying an investment.As a seller you never want to sell them because you know that you're selling the comic at point at which its value willnever be lower. But on the contrary as a collector. When you have a chance to buy a key issue graded by CGC, you do it, because it's only going to go up from here, especially as more movies come out and comics as a whole become more and more a part of modern mythology and popular culture!
