This book is a really nice high-grade key. It's the Lizard's first appearance and origin.
It's a fantastic looking 9.2 with near-perfect OW/W pages - obviously a CGC certified copy. It's not everyday one of these goes up for sale at this grade.
According to GPAnalysis, the most recent sale for a CGC 9.2 was back in 2017 at $5,900. I expect this book to fetch well over that, given it's almost 3 years later and the sustained popularity of Spiderman has seen his books continue to increase in price during that timespan.
No returns on CGC certified books. But buy with confidence, I have been selling on eBay for 21 years.
