Up for auction is Amazing Spider-Man Annual #3, in CGC 8.0 condition with off white to white pages, serial #0111491003.  Published by Marvel Comics in November 1966 this key issue features Spider-Man vs the Hulk and the Avengers!  Written and illustrated by Stan Lee, John Romita and Don Heck with an iconic Spider-Man cover by John Romita! This was graded in the infancy of CGC so it does have the old CGC label.

These photos definitely have camera shadow of me on them...they aren't on the comic.
