Like all the books I have listed at the moment, this book come from a HUGE original owner collection I picked up recently. The gentlemen who owned these previously bought them off the newsstand and, whether or not he read the book, took meticulous care of them, storing them very carefully. This is a RARE type of collection. ALL books are in high grade. I haven’t even scratched the surface yet in terms of listing the issues I have. So, if you’re looking for something in particular—especially anything in the 1968-1972—I may just have it in HIGH GRADE. Just shoot me a message and I’ll check for you.

By bidding on this item, you agree to the following (very reasonable) set of terms and conditions: 

1. You will pay your bill if you win the item. I have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to deadbeats who don't pay their bills. If you win the auction and fail to pay within the specified period of 5 days, you forfeit your right to purchase the item. And I reserve the right to relist the item (or: entertain second change offers) in the event of such forfeiture scenarios. Please note that I will always report non-paying buyer cases to eBay. No exceptions! 

2. You will follow my no-hassle return policy. Given the delicate nature of comics, I ask buyers notify of their intentions to return the item within 24 hours of the date/time of receipt. Communication is key! In addition, my acceptance of any return assumes  (a) the buyer return ships with tracking (and insurance, if book's value exceeds insurance coverage of shipping option) and (b) the buyer takes reasonable precautions to ensure the book (upon return delivery) is in the exact same condition as when it was originally sent. Finally, in cases where a buyer has purchased a "lot" of comics rather than a single book, note that my acceptance of a return is contingent on the return of the lot in its entirety--no partial returns, no partial refunds. It's all or nothing. This is a safeguard for both parties to the transaction. 

3. You will follow my instructions regarding international shipping. For those requiring shipment to Canada, please note that I will NOT lie about the value of items on customs forms in order to reduce your tax liabilities, nor will I ship using a less expensive shipping option  (vs. Priority International) if that alternative does not allow for delivery confirmation/tracking. I've had awesome (repeat) buyers from Canada. But I've also encountered a couple of scam attempts originating in Canada. And so, I want to make it explicit: if you aren't ready to pay the customs fees, or you don't want to pay $20+ for shipping the book, please do not place a bid on the item! 

I reserve the right to forbid you from participating in future auctions should you violate any of the above (very reasonable) terms and conditions.
