Front cover:  1.5" spine split at bottom.  "T" written over Clark Kent's shoulder.  Crease in lower corner.  Wear at spine and edges.  Crease at top corner.  Chipping at edges.  1" spine split at top.  
Back cover:  Small tears at spine.  Chipping at edges.  Two tiny tears in long edge.  
Interior pages:  Good shape.
Cover and pages are firmly held in place by the two staples
Comic is complete with no missing parts
