You are looking at the extremely rare SDCC Avengers "The Children's Crusade #1 Variant! I had to wait in line for hours to get my hands on this back in 2010. The cover is a Jim Cheung partial sketch. It's NEVER been read and the grade I'd give is NM- to NM+. Check out the pictures to verify your thoughts on the condition as well.
Comic has not been pressed or drycleaned and comes from a smoke free environment! Comes double boarded, bagged and packaged very carefully.
