A professionally graded Pence price variant in Fine condition (6.0). Confirmed as restoration free, with off white to white pages. The CGC casing is in perfect condition and is the newer crystal clear type. A smart 'slabbed' Marvel Key that will be sent out in very secure 'Postman Proof Packaging'!
US bidders please note - UK pence issues are in fact a scarce price variant of the US cents issue, not a separate edition or reprint. These comics were printed at the same time, on the same presses as the US cents version and are identical in every way, other than for the changeover of the price and the removal of the month from the front cover (to allow for shipping delays). Usually only about 5% of the total print run was allocated to the books destined for the UK, making them much scarcer than their cents counterparts. The US market is finally realising these are the first true Marvel price variants and just how scarce they actually are in comparison with the cents version.
I've been collecting comics for over 40 years. Over that time I've upgraded most of my collection and have built up multiple copies of many issues.
