The book is graded a 3.0 by CGC as well as certified Signature Series, signed in person by The Man himself Mr. Stan Lee, industry legend & creator of many of Marvel's most celebrated characters! This book is considered a grail by many Marvel collectors and to have a copy signed by Stan just makes it that much more special. Page quality is listed as Off White to White. The CGC case is in excellent shape with no cracks, scratches or scuffs. Book presents VERY nicely for a lower grade comic and would make a perfect addition to any comic lovers collection!
