This comic is in VG+. Fewer of these exist than any other Spider-man comic! Aside from Original Comic Art and Golden Age Comics... FF #1 and this are the true GOLD/oil of the future. More portable than a house. Never repaired, touched up or improved in any way (since I received it -- it truely looks raw)!. Raw real old original . Not graded. Precedes Amazing Spider-man #1. In fact Overstreet has changed their grades or I have always undergraded and sold for less than I should have (I think they are too lenient now in grading and I say this because I believe that comics that are Golden age absolutely should be graded differently than comics that are silver or bronze or modern!).
