I take great care in packaging items for shipment, but the post office does not always take great care with packages. If you would like insurance on your package, please let me know BEFORE submitting payment and I will be happy to add insurance to your invoice.
If a package arrives damaged, please let me know and I will send a return shipping label to return the item. I DO NOT OFFER PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING. RETURNS ONLY.
