13) If you DO decide to send "raw", ungraded items to a 3rd party grader, the presumption is that YOU agree with OUR grade. While being responsible for our products, made in good faith, our responsibility is not a cure-all in condition-sensitive items. It is really irritating when a Buyer describes a transaction that a VF 8.0 s/he felt was a FN+ 6.5 but sends the item to CBCS/PGX/CGC and s/he receives a FN/VFN 7.0. Then wants the money back. This happened once last year and I still see the Thread discussed on a Comic Book's Forum. That Buyer won't admit the TRUTH: item was damaged in mail; s/he refused an Insurance return, and tried to capitalize on the Captain Marvel movie.
14) Comic Book info only: We do NOT deduct grading points or percentages of grading points for the following: A) incidental minor tears of interior pages UNLESS they affect the story panels; B) "Bindery creases" caused by the pulp-paper rolling processing, C) manufactured with ONE staple, D) excess printer's ink or minor spotting of inks, E) date stamps of any kind which may be ink pen, crayon, grease pencils, markers, felt pens or rubber stamped, F) professional pressing, G) Miscut printings of Covers and Interior pages.
15) The "Readers": may or may not have any of the following defects: Popped covers/staples, color touch/resto, glue on covers OR interior pages, coupons cut, pages missing, rusted staples, been pressed, and even TRIMMED. The "You Grade "It/'Em" are just that: READERS. If you get that "Buyers' Remorse" that gets you kicked right off Amazon, don't try that here. Yes, "subscription copies" are deemed READERS even if they have a minimal grade assigned. Subscription copies are NOT the gradable collectibles now intended for profit.

Insurance Claims for damaged and/or LOST item(s):
a) notify us that the item was damaged and that you wish to return it back to us; b) The Insurer will email/call you( with proper link forms) to verify the said claim;
c) you MUST MUST MUST send the original package, with the item( of course), and ensure against WATER/RAIN damage.
d) The Insurer has implemented a new payout policy: a PERCENTAGE of what they believe the remaining copy(ies) are worth.
e) The insurer pays US, we forward the funds to you. You AGREE the Insurance company Pays ME first, then I reimburse you.

18. In the event that the USPS does keep playing frisbee with the items, we have changed the format for returns: we reserve the right to send a DUPLICATE copy first, as we have boxes of the SAME ISSUES you see here. IMSM is not the only Comic Book I hoarde...
19. NO ONE else on eBay has the 2nd Chance Offer deals we have. Minimum of ONE Freebie, sometimes two, depending on how much money is spent.
20. We always try to contact the Buyers after a short amount of time if we do not hear anything back. Maybe the item got damaged? Wrong item? Just plain not happy? We will ask for Feedbacks, and our Policy is to wait until the BUYER posts 5 Star Positive Feedback first. Why? The BUYER decides when any transaction is completed, not the Seller. If the BUYER is happy s/he should post said Feedback, which helps everybody. Some Buyers refuse to post the first Feedback, in an effort to hold the Seller hostage. That used to work on me years ago, but no longer. We have that much confidence in our business model that we know we can grade with the best of them, and most Comic Book people with any experience already know this and don't challenge that.
Additional Notes:
Been having some problems with some Remorse Buyers recently.
One Buyer threatened me a month ago but backtracked when he saw that I was going to all-out WAR. That case has been filed away just in the event he changes his mind after he sees THIS negative...
Another one did follow through with his threats and left that ugly NEGATIVE against me this week.
I will be making another video and it will be on both YouTube and BitChute. Not trying to convince anyone about right versus wrong; this information is important to EVERY Seller out there that sells Comics. See it for yourself.

Despite all my efforts in the 20 years here on the 'Bay, Heritage( never a problem), Etsy, USCoins, Yahoo!Auctions things never always go right. THIS Buyer has a great surprise getting processed through the USPS mail and I never done this before but I DID find several cases where the Seller won. I am filing a case against the clown in Small Claims Court. He is not going to like that. Small Claims court they can't hire some Robert Shapiro to push a judge around; if you prove that you were the victim of LIBEL, the printed ONLINE word, you ask for Summary Judgment. Two cases in the States of NY, MA and one case here in CA were all successful in getting awarded damages. You can add a 2nd case shortly to the CA column.
