PAYMENT DETAILS - Payment must be made within 3 days. An invoice will then be re-sent. If no payment is made, an unpaid item claim will be opened. If there's any problems with your payment, contact me as soon as possible and we'll work it out.

SHIPPING - Electronic Tracking will be updated once a label is generated. I attempt to ship items as quickly as possible (within 2 business days of payment). I do not ship on Saturdays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - I only use the Global Shipping Program to ship items internationally. Buyer will be responsible for all custom fees.

PACKAGING - I use recycled materials to wrap my packages. This includes plastic bags, newspapers, circulars, brown bags, food boxes, etc. I will not be using any dirty or unsanitary items (those are discarded). When needed, extra protection (such as bubble wrap, peanuts, etc.) will be used.

RETURNS - I have a limited return policy. You must contact me within 1 week of receiving the item if there's any problems with your order, otherwise I will not entertain the idea of a return at all. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must return the item within 14 calendar days from the completion of the sale and only after contacting me first.  Brand New, Sealed items will not be accepted if it has been opened. CDs cannot be returned for any reason (this includes brand new and used discs). Any other problems, contact me as soon as possible. For all returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost AND original shipping cost (if the purchase was made by mistake, item doesn't fit, etc.)

SALES TAX - New Jersey Residents must add 7% Sales Tax to their purchases, except for clothing items.

LASTLY - All of my items are being sold AS IS according to the photographs and description. I will describe items to the best of my ability and provide clear and exact descriptions and photos as best as possible.
