This is Issue 132 and 133 of Marvel Comics Uncanny X-Men from 1980. Page 15 of issue 132 is torn as you can see in the picture. There is a small hole in the cover just over Sebastian Shaw's head. And there are creases in the cover. Warren Worthington III also known as Angel makes an appearance in this issue.
Issue 133 has a tear near one of the stapes on the front and also is torn on the back just above the picture of the trunk, there is also a tear above the $1.98 price on the back. The inside pages are in good condition.
This has been in my collection since the 1990's and is bagged and boarded.
