6) Auctions with multiple items count as ONE AUCTION!

 8) We only sell USA and selected Territories/Federal. NO International.
9) Insurance is part of the Shipping and Handling, and is non-negotiable. Some items will have a higher ship cost based on anticipated higher Sales Price.
10) We ALWAYS combine shipping. Add $1.00 per additional book, $1.00 per ONE sports-card, $1.00 per extra Coin, $1.00 per toy. Shipping is automatically capped at winning ten( 10) Auctions at $8.00 including Insurance; winning over 15 is FREE SHIP/INSURANCE!

11) California residents must pay the CA State Sales Tax. We have BOE Resale Permit, check us out online.

12) PayPal payment due within seven( 7) days after Auctions end.

We ship ONE (  1) BUSINESS DAY AFTER payment is received. eBay and USPS automatically sends eMails to ALL Customers with TRACKING NUMBERS once the shipping labels are generated. 15) YOU are responsible for tracking your shipped items. If something is amiss, THEN contact us.

16) If you pay via eCheck, we will NOT ship item(s) until the eCheck clears. This has taken SEVEN Business Days or more to clear. We NO LONGER respond to the pestering of us with the "did you send the item(s)?".

17) Grading disagreement is NOT enough for "not as described". If you disagree with the grade and return the comic books, we will charge that 25% Restock Fee. If we miss something( a page missing, something MAJOR), that is a different story, we will refund 100%, but not for a 1/32" crease on the bottom staple that was not mentioned in description.

18)  Try looking up the Tracking on the USPS.com before calling us. If your item(s) get held up, print out the Delivery Confirmation, take it to your local USPS branch, ask THEM why your package is held up. USPS CANNOT talk to me about YOUR mail!

19) The USPS can be slow, especially for ECONOMY RATE. All our Auctions start at ECONOMY RATE. If you want a faster service, you may elect to pay for a faster service, but it WILL cost far more. If you want BOXED shipping please select "Retail Ground".
20) USPS does not automatically upload Tracking when they receive items. Sometimes item(s) are not scanned until Final Destination.

21) if you really want to contact us, do NOT put your message in the "sales record". Use the eBay Messages.

22) There are NO PARTIAL REFUNDS under ANY reason, including damaged shipping, slow USPS & other USPS mishaps.

23) RETRACT a bid for ANY reason w/out contacting me, you WILL be put on the Blocked Bidder List.

RETURN POLICY: We honor all returns, however, we charge a 25% RESTOCK FEE no Exceptions!

 ERRORS AND OMISSIONS Disclaimers:
16c) Anything not covered in this "Fine Print" will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and we have the Final Say to all matters.

SHIPPING METHOD:

1) For certain High-Grade Sensitive Comic Books we may ship Box at our sole discretion. We use RUBBER BANDS that sandwich the 1/8" 32. lb. cardboard that allows NO MOVEMENT. Tape can and has torn through the protective bags under extreme handling and ruins the Covers of the damaged Comic Book. If you don't believe the THOUSANDS of satisfied eBay Buyers that leave Positive Feedback stating the ship method is great, maybe we are not for you. If you insist on the tape method, you must tell us that in advance.
2) If you REALLY insist on Next Business Day DELIVERY( not shipping) for  a $5.00 REPRINT comic, flat fee is $110.00 and I will Fed Ex it Next Day Delivery.
3) Shipping is based on most eBayers winning more than ONE( 1) Auction. The subsequent wins only adding $1.00 per Auction helps bidders save on ship/insurance costs.

RETURN POLICY: We honor all returns, however, we charge 25% RESTOCK FEE no Exceptions! Yes, I

deliberately posted this in Red TWICE.
The drop-down Menu below only goes to 20%, but the Restock Fee is 25%.

Insurance Claims for damaged and/or LOST item(s):

a) notify us that the item was damaged and that you wish to return it back to us;

b) we alert Insurer, who then forwards us forms w/ Links, etc.;

c) The Insurer will email/call you to verify said claim;

d) YOU must process the Claim Forms, then YOU forward all pics, info, etc. to the Insurer.

e) If you do NOT do the top four steps, we will not do this for you. We will NOT call the Insurer in your behalf if you "forget/too lazy/too busy" to do the easy follow-up;

e2) If you contact us to inform us of USPS damage and then change your mind for any reason we stop all contact with you and force you to get eBay involved. We win more of these cases then we lose;

f) The Insurer sends US the funds, then we forward the funds to you. This may take TWO WEEKS;

g) send us the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, including the rubber bands and/or backing boards.

h) I will ask eBay for the time allotted by the Insurance Company, ShipSaver in CA, to pay your claim. Going forward, I will NOT pay you first, then to find that you won't send the Insurance Company the photos they request.

FEEDBACK POLICY:

 The BUYER decides when any transaction is completed, not the Seller. We post you your Positive Feedback AFTER you post for us first. Your Positive Feedback will be returned within 3 weeks, in most cases much sooner. We ALWAYS return Positive Feedback, we are a cinch Seller who likes returning Positive Feedbacks. Sometimes we fall behind, but we never forget to return Feedbacks.

As per eBay Guidelines, we may obtain your Contact Information between eBay Members via the Advanced Search, and inquire about items if we do not hear back from you within a reasonable amount of time. Any/all suggestions from Customers will be reviewed.

Commentary:

1) We are getting complaints about the shipping costs again. We INSURE most items we sell. That INSURANCE cost is factored in the shipping costs stated.

Yes, we are aware that most Auctions will contain the following: "Insurance: Not Offered." That is the many other Sellers, not us. That is why they keep ship costs down, they either self-insure( never works out in the long run) or hunker down and beat most, of not all, claims as USPS is having a field day this year. eBay/PayPal just takes the funds right out of those Seller's accounts to refund said Buyers.

 2) Ship Method: we have detailed our innovative "rubber band" method, to keep nasty "tape pulls" from occurring when people remove the Comic Books from the packaging. We use that 1/8" thickness 32 lb. cardboard inserts to sandwich the Comic Book. If you do NOT want the rubber band method and want the tape, you need to tell me in the Sales Record. Not after I already shipped the book or to ShipCover, who recently denied a claim because the OPTIONS are here to choose your ship method. That person complained about the rubber bands( but mysteriously wouldn't photo them!). Again, if you want that tape, tell us. We give you what you want.

3) The grade assigned has factored in the majority of Defects. We may, at our discretion, list defects even if readily seen via photos. We cannot list every defect; that does NOT trigger the "Not as Described" if we do not list a minor defect.

4) Getting comments that our NM- 9.2's are coming back 9.0, and one 8.5 reported a month ago. Once YOU send the item in, you are agreeing with our grade. If you do not believe that the grade assigned is close, why are you sending items in to 3rd party graders if you are NOT agreeing with OUR grades? Mix that in with the feedbacks we get that our NM- 9.2's come back NM 9.4 even NM+ 9.6, we are very accurate. No one can guess what the 3rd party graders are going to do with each book. Grading is subjective, combined with experience, some science, and is an OPINION!!! Funny how I used to send the same book back a 2nd or 3rd time and got the grade the book deserved and desired. Very few, can count on one hand, came back LOWER. Again, if YOU send the item(s) to 3rd party graders, YOU apparently think I am right, or close to being right, thus agreeing with the assigned grade in the listings. Do not send me photos of Overstreet Grading Guide. I know what the parameters of Grading are.
