A key issue that became even more key when the Scarecrow became a major villain in the new Batman film franchise.
This issue features the first ever appearance of the Scarecrow in the Batman story. T is also, of course, a Superman story and stories featuring many other DC heroes. Published in 1941 and on the stands before the U.S. entered WW2, this issue features a great baseball cover reflecing the innocence America still felt before it went to war. Early World's Finest issues are still relative values compared to other issues of the period featuring only Batman or Superman. This issue is very solid except for some foxing and slight water stains on the corner as you can see in the photo. Otherwise it would be a much higher grade. Pages are off-white and supple.
