HUGE KEY 1ST APPEARANCE OF WOLVERINE. Comes bagged and boarded. Cover is about half attached still. The marvel value stamp page is loose from book with stamp cut out. Does not affect story. A beautiful copy still. Cover has great color and graphics and is not detached fully.
We will be listing a large personal comic book collection over the next few days. Most will be NO RESERVE AUCTIONS staring at .99 combined shipping is available. Please wait for invoice to pay. We only ship priority for comics but we will make shipping as cheap as possible for you. Whatever size and weight of package is will all you will be charged so bid with confidence. Most comics that will be listed are key issues and 1st and 2nd appearances. We are not professional graders nor do we claim to be, so for loose upgraded books we will not put a number on it. They will be sold as pictured and for you to judge. We will do our absolute best to mention any major flaws we see.

***GENERAL CONDITIONS***           

Pics should be used for your own judgment of condition. We do not change, clean, and or fix our items we simply just sell them as we have received them so what you see is what you get. if its in pics its included, if its not in pics its not included. if the item/Items takes batteries, unless we state it has been tested, then the item hass not been tested and should be assumed that it may not work. The photos are the most important part of our listing and the should be considered as the main description of the item so please VIEW all pics closely and if you need any more info please ask us questions before bidding or buying and we will do our best to help out.           

***RETURN AND CANCELATION POLICY***         

theirs now a 14 day money back returns on most of our items but please know that If their needs to be a return for any reason the buyer must pay shipping both ways and pay a restocking fee of 15% on sale of item. You are responsible for shipping cost both ways for your return. Once an item has been purchased/ auction won, we will not cancel your order as it waste our time and money and can cost us a sale from a paying customer so the same fees apply.           

***RETRACTING BIDS***           

We will not retract your bid. Ebay allows the bidder 1 hour from the time they placed a bid to retract their bid. That is plenty of time for you if you accidentally put in a bid you didn't want. If their are under 24hrs left on the auction you may not retract a bid at all. Placing a bid on eBay is a binding contract and shouldn't be taken lightly which it tends to for some people. If you win the item you are responsible to pay for that item or you will be assessed a 15% fee on total sale.       

***PAYMENTS***           

For all auctions won, payments are due NO LATER THAN 48 hours from auction end. For all buy it now items, they are due immediately when purchased. Items that are best offers are due NO LATER THAN 24hours after the offer was excepted. If items are not paid for in allotted time, a case will open. We except PayPal only unless agreed upon ahead of time. Do not send an ECHECK.           

***DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING***  

We try our best to ship all of our items within a 3 business period. This means SATURDAY, SUNDAY, and HOLIDAYS do not count as 1 of those 3 days. If you purchase an item after 5pm eastern time, the 1st business day would start next day as day 1 beginning at 8am ending at 5pm. If your tracking number has not appeared after 4 business days you may contact us to make sure everything is ok. Any questions before that time about "when will my item ship" will not get a response. We will only ship to your eBay verified SHIPPING address. We will NOT ship to a p.o. box. We can combine shipping ONLY for domestic shipping. We can not combine shipping for international buyers as eBay shipping program does not allow it and it is the only international shipping we offer. If tracking indicates your item has been delivered and you claim it hasn't arrived there's nothing we can do unfortunately. We also will not hold packages for later. If you buy it, it will be shipped in the 3 day period. For international buyers we do not bill you for shipping expenses eBay does. You will be responsible for any taxes or tariffs, import fees ECT by your country and we do not know what that is. All shipping we offer for an item is in the listing for you to select from. If it's not in the listing we do not offer it. Our items are measured and weighed so the shipping cost are correct. If package is returned for undeliverable address the buyer is responsible to pay to have it shipped again. If they chose not to they will forfeit original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.          

***FEEDBACK***           

FEEDBACK can be a great thing but may also be abused. If we are threatened with negative feedback unless......... We will report it to eBay for feedback extortion. We will leave positive feedback to all our great customers who leave us feedback. Please know that we sell a lot of vintage or antique items and sell them exactly as we receive them. pics will be of exact items you will receive so take the time and really look at them good as they will really help you decide the condition for yourself. we do our best as sellers to let you know what we can about the items but we sell a vast variety of items and are by in no means experts in all fields so review and enlarge the photos very closely as that is the majority of the description.
