Customer Service:  We strive for excellence in our customer service. Please contact us through the eBay messaging system if you have any questions.

Packaging:  We work hard to ensure you receive each comic in the same condition as they are being advertised for sale on eBay. CGC/PGX slabbed comics will be protected with bubble -wrap and Styrofoam chips then shipped in oversized boxes. Single or small orders of raw comics are sandwiched between layers of cardboard and inserted into a bubble envelope. Larger orders of raw books will be sent in the oversized CGC/PGX boxes with the same bubble-wrap and Styrofoam chip protection.

Product Image: The images shown for every auction are of the “actual” comic that will be shipped; we never use stock photographs. NOTE: Any rainbow effect or hologram reflections within the scan are from the scanner and not the comic.

Payment: PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Please pay as soon as possible; a reasonable delay is acceptable if you are bidding on several auctions.  An “Unpaid Item Case” will be opened with eBay if payment is not received after two weeks. Buyers outside Canada are responsible for paying any required customs charges. eBay’s Terms of Service do not permit buyers to request a lower declared value for taxation purposes.

Shipping to the United States and Canada:  Airmail shipping and handling for one CGC/PGX comic to the United States will be $10 (includes $100 insurance). Because of the need to further protect the heavy plastic shells that encapsulate the CGC/PGX comics we DO NOT ship more than two books per box. For our mutual protection postal tracking numbers will be used to confirm shipment for orders over $100. You must add $2 for each additional $100 worth of insurance. Shipping costs for non-CGC/PGX auctions will be $15.00 per raw book. Contact us for the actual shipping costs for multiple raw book sales. We will work to combine shipping charges to reduce your costs as much as possible, but, as you know, shipping rates increase with the number and weight of the comics – please contract us, if you have any further questions. We cannot anticipate Customs delays; so shipping times are estimated to take 2-4 weeks.

International Shipping: Please ask first – we try to ship worldwide and combine shipping charges for orders outside Canada and the United States. Please note: shipping charges for Priority Mail and UPS Worldwide Express can run between $45-$75.

Returns:  “THERE IS NO RETURN OF CGC/PGX GRADED COMICS FOR GRADING DISCREPANCIES”.  Please send us a message BEFORE using eBay’s Hassle-Free Return system if you have any other concerns. We will try to come to an equitable resolution without you needing to complete a return. The buyer assumes responsibility and costs for any returned items.
