This is a complete copy (minus the cover) of Avengers #1 from 1963 and puts the Hulk, Antman, Thor and Iron Man together for the first time! The photos show the minor tears and bends however, the staples are surprisingly tight with no real sign of rust. This book came into my possession as part of a collection.
