Super rare Clone Wars Issue 1 Dave Filoni 100 Incentive Special variant edition, apparently only released to 100 retailers around the world who received 10 each, so limited to just 1,000 copies worldwide and very hard to get.  The vast majority of these stayed in the US and I do not recall another one being on Ebay UK since I bought this one back in 2017/2018.    This sells often in the US for £300 - £500 (in equivalent US dollar value) and so I have used what seems like a reasonable estimate of its UK value as I believe this is the only copy for sale in the UK, but am of course open to offers.
If you want the whole Clone Wars set of 1-12, I am also selling that separately.

All of my comics are in very good to excellent condition, unless stated otherwise, and come bagged and boarded, the vast majority of which were newly done with premium acid free resealable bags and boards.

Many are brand new and unread, some are read/used but are nevertheless in great condition.  If there is any obvious damage or wear beyond normal signs of use, I'll point it out as far as possible, but please note that there may be occasions when I miss something, hence why I list my comics as used.

So please assume the comic you are buying IS used, with possibly the usual signs of wear, such as scuffs, curled pages or other minor signs of damage/use as should be expected from a read/used item, but it's quite possible you'll actually be receiving a brand new comic.  Please study the pictures carefully as they clearly show the condition of these items and form part of the description.

If you buy more than 1 comic, please REQUEST AN INVOICE before making payment as otherwise it may not be possible to combine postage.

Postage
Unless listed as free postage, the postage costs are estimated below, but are of course subject to change based on the final weight, packaging materials, size of parcel etc., etc.  Unless you require a combined invoice, please select your postal service preference (2nd, 1st or courier) when checking out.

The prices below are based on an average weight per comic of 90g x the number bought (plus the estimated weight of packaging materials).  It should be remembered that Royal Mail gets very expensive once you exceed 2kg, so I then switch to a courier for heavier parcels. The prices below are a guide only but should, on the whole, be reasonably accurate and I will always try to send my items as quickly as possible for the lowest (reliable) cost, but must factor in the actual cost of postage, plus additional expenditure as stated further down the listing. 

I will decide the best method of posting so it may be another service not as mentioned below e.g., it may not be by Royal Mail due to final weight.

Postage costs - The following applies unless listed as free posting. 

I gave a lot of thought as to whether to offer free postage, or add the postage cost separately and lower the buy it now price.  I decided on the latter as often people buy more than one item and when sellers offer free postage they factor postage costs into the Buy it Now price for each item. 

The problem however is if you buy more than one item with free postage, you end up effectively paying individual full postage costs for each item, even though they will be sent much cheaper in one package.  So I decided to offer separate postage charges so that if you buy more than one item you will get the benefit of a reduced, combined postage charge.


So yes, I do combine postage!

Shipping

 

Postage cost is to the UK mainland ONLY

- the cost will probably be more to outlying areas such as Scottish Highlands/Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands etc.  for the usual reasons, although if the final package weight is below 2kg then I think the cost to these areas are the same as all UK Mainland areas with Royal Mail.

However, please don't assume so ask me for a quote and/or I will calculate the additional cost and send you an additional invoice for the extra charge. As a guide though Royal Mail is normally the same cost to anywhere in the UK, but depending on the weight and size of items, often couriers are the much cheaper option. The general rule of thumb is anything below 2kg = Royal Mail, anything over 2kg = courier.

I always send my items by trackable & signed for, along with insurance if necessary, which of course is an added cost and therefore sometimes reflected in the postage costs (I often will bear the cost myself).

I do NOT seek to make any profit on postage - I reuse packaging material as much as possible & simply charge the actual postage cost, plus a small amount to cover time, petrol, consumables etc. & other direct costs/fees associated with selling this item (14% Ebay/Paypal fees on postage costs charged).   I'll also combine postage costs as far as possible (sometimes this is not possible due to size/weight issues) so if you buy more than one item please let me know & I'll send a revised invoice with the adjusted postage.

Please note that I will usually send the following working day after purchase and delivery should be expected 2-3 WORKING days after that day, but please allow 3-5 days just in case.

I also try, as far as possible, to dispatch items the same day and a rough review of recent sales shows around 35% of items were sent the same day as payment was made.    I may also upgrade the service to next day/first class if I can get a good deal at no extra charge to you.

I do not however always have access to a car so there may be a small delay for this reason. Most of my items are received 2-3 days at the latest (after delivery to the post office or courier drop off location), but of course this cannot be guaranteed as the process is out of my hands. It is not unusual for items to be received the day after posting, especially when I have sent it by an expedited service such as 1st class or 24 hour/next day delivery.

Please however bear in mind that for me to take items to the post office or courier drop off location, I need to have my wife's car (the nearest place by foot is an hour round trip). This means having to take her to work and pick her up in the evening, which is a 12 mile trip in rush hour traffic (3 miles each way x 2), which takes me 30 minutes each way. I then have the cost of going to and from the post office (1.5 miles each way) or courier drop off location (2 or 3 miles each way).  If I had a dozen items to post at the same time then the additional cost per item would be small and not worth worrying about.
However, I will usually only have 1 to 3 packages to post in any one day, so all of this travelling about equates to about £3 in petrol and 1.5 hours of my time. So when taking this into account, along with losing almost 15% of the postage costs charged to Ebay/Paypal, the overall cost of postage is far more than what I charge.

This item can be collected from me here near Gatwick free, but CASH ON COLLECTION only due to ever increasing false and vexatious Paypal claims.

A: Although we do incur packaging costs, we recycle packaging materials wherever possible and try to absorb the costs of any new materials we have to use.  We use high quality Tesa tape for secure, long lasting packaging which costs almost £2 per roll, so this can be a significant additional cost depending on amount used, especially for larger parcels. 

Q: Do you dispatch items quickly? 
A: We usually send items the next working day after payment is received, but wherever possible we also dispatch the same day, depending on time of payment.

Q: Do you offer an Express delivery service?  
A: We use various methods of service, mainly with delivery between 2-3 days from dispatch, but often use a next day option if the cost isn't much more.  We can often use an expedited method if requested.  We always try to get your items to you in the quickest possible time!

Q: Can you send items to a different address?  
A: We only send items to the registered Paypal address.
