This listing is for Strange Tales #1, published by Atlas Comics in 1951. According to the CGC census, there are only 47 graded copies.
This one is rated 4.0 (Very Good) by CGC and has "Cream to Off-White Pages".   
I've priced it to sell (a 3.0 sold on ebay in July for $2750).

CGC/CBCS/PGX CasesI make every effort to note noticeable damage to the slabs, but minor imperfections like small scuffs are extremely common straight from CGC/CBCS/PGX. Newton Rings are also extremely common in newly slabbed CGC books (CGC tried to better protect the books by sandwiching them tighter in the cases, but as a result, a very large portion of newly slabbed books have some degree of rings). For those unfamiliar with Newton Rings: "This is an occasional effect produced by the inner and outer cases being in direct contact with one another. The visual effect is similar to oil on a water puddle because of the two plastics.
