The Origin and 1st ever Silver Age Green Lantern! Book looks almost perfect, looks newstand fresh and sharp NM- range condition! The only CGC note was minor color touch and book trimmed. This book looks so perfect, it had to of been at least close to VF condition before the slight color touch and trimming. For reference, the last 8.5 sold for $60,000 and on the very lowest end of the spectrum a torn up rag of a 1.5 just sold for $1,700. Slight resto is worth at least 20-30% of the unrestored value yet I am asking below 5% of the actual GPA unrestored market value, an absolute Steal on a Holy Grail major key!
