Up for bid is a RARE COMPLETE SET of the eleven (11) Walt Disney Media Company's comics published in the 1970s.In the mid-1970s, Walt Disney began grinding out a limited number of free comics that were geared toward educating the general public (and the kids) to their interests.Most widely known are the four "Epcot" comics that you see (a few of) all the time up for sale on eBay and other sites.  The Epcot comics (Mickey and Goofy Explore energy, etc) were created with a partnership with Exxon.  However, Disney also produced a number of "non-educational" comics which were far limited in distribution.They made a Donald Duck, as well as an Uncle Scrooge, two different Mickey Mouse comics, a Donald and Daisy and a Super Goof.  In addition, they produced a short-lived "new" character called "Orange Bird" which taught about nutrition.  ALL are included here.The Epcot/Exxon comics are, for the most part, fairly easy to find.The other "non-educational" comics, like those included here, are extremely rare.Finding a complete set like this?  Nearly impossible.So here they are, up for bids.  Waiting for a new home.Included are:Super Goof: Some mild wear and creasingDonald Duck: Some mild wearMickey Mouse and Goofy: Mild wearMickey Mouse: Some wear to coverDaisy and Donald: Pretty nice shapeUncle Scrooge: Some wear and creasing and bind stress and a small chip off bottom right of coverOrange Bird: Crease along right side of cover, otherwise in great shapeMickey and Goofy Explore the Universe of Energy: Very niceMickey Mouse and Goofy Explore Energy Conservation: NiceMickey Mouse and Goofy Explore Energy: Very niceMickey and Goofy Explore Business: Very nice

I ship USPS Priority Shipping only, you get the item faster, with tracking, and it makes it a lot easier to figure out how to calculate shipping on eBay.  I NEVER try to make money off of shipping costs (like a lot of other sellers out there on eBay). 

I have lost money on sales due to miscalculated shipping costs in the past.  So USPS Priority shipping seems to work the best for both ends.  It’s easy to determine what will fit in what size parcel, and you get the item fast.  And fast is good!
