There are absolutely no rips, tears or creases on the pages.
Both staples are fully intact
No marks aside from someone who tried to do the crossword puzzle on page 25
These are the only things to note:
On the front cover edge are 3 very small tears, the longest is 1/2". At the very top left is a tiny tear
Top edge of back cover has a line of brown spotting.
7/8" on the bottom of binding is split
