I would grade these issues at an average of NM/9.4. #129 (9.4) #130 (9.2), #131 (9.4), #132 (9.4/9.6), #133 (9.2), #134 (9.4/9.6), #135 (9.0/9.2), #136 (9.4), #137 (9.4) & #138 (9.2/9.4). Grading is subjective so please be sure to look closely at the picture(s), because what you see is what you get.
