Solid complete copy of this key Golden Age book. Based on the grading scale that Heritage Auctions uses, I rate this as a solid GD 2.0 though I am not an expert grader so please examine the detailed images and consider them as part of this description as there are NO RETURNS.
I will point out some of the defects that place this in the GD 2.0 grade.
1) Cover is fully detached but staples are there and tight.2) First outside fold is completely detached. Looks like there are very small pieces of clear tape at the rips.3) 2nd outside fold is detached at the bottom.4) Centerfold is detached at the bottom.5) Cover is reflective and colors are good although probably not as much as shown in the scan.6) Cover shows a fair number of dents and folds.7) Cover is ripped at the staples about 1/2". Chunk of color layer is missing at the bottom staple 1/4"x1/2". Chunk missing at the right about 1"x1/4"8) Cover is dirty in places including the insides of the cover.9) Back cover is pretty much like the front, but with no chunks missing.10) Pages are nice and supple - no brittleness at all. Color is about 5 or 6 on the Overstreet OWL card scale but please judge for yourself from the images.11) As stated before, comic fully complete. 68 pages which includes the covers.
