- This sale is for 1 Fantastic Four #1 CGC 2.5 signed on the 1st interior page by Stan Lee & Jack Kirby published by Marvel Comics in 1961.
- Ultra RARE to have both of these signatures together on any book as they would sometimes refuse to sign if the others signature was present due to the fallout and feud. Together they are here on this FF #1!
- The book was part of the James Ford collection who was a prominent art dealer/collector in Sacremento, California. His signature is also present on the interior page. I would imagine Stan & Jack signing this book was a personal favor for him.
- The case is fresh from CGC but does have a very minor crack as shown in the last photo. It does not effect the view of the book from either side. It can only be seen from the back on the top left. I will be re-holdering the book soon or sending it to CBCS for signature verification... but until then she is up for grabs!
