Four Color Comic 16 (Mickey Mouse 1) Mickey Mouse Outwits the Phantom Blot. Fairly attractive copy . Book was purchased from original owner (Recil Macon) in 1990. The Recil Macon books are noted in the list of Pedigree collections. After purchase the book was sent to Susan Cicconi where it had restoration done. Restoration included tear seals and spine reinforcement. Overall the book looks nice, has a fair amount of original gloss, Page quality is a nice Off-White.( A note on the restoration. More work could have been done and the grade raised to probably to a VF, but was decided against as the work done was to make the book structurally sound.) Overall the book grades VG restored.
